Six self study tutorials are available to you to take on your time at anytime through our site, wellpointsystems.webex.com:

Attachments - The attachment functionality allows clients to attach files to BOLO records. In this tutorial we will review the steps required to create an attachment.

Customer Web Portal - This 15 minute session will introduce you to the features and benefits of the portal.

DropOff - The DropOff folder serves as a public folder for all BOLO users. This tutorial goes through the functionality of the DropOff folder and how to properly create a link to the DropOff folder.

1099 Refresher - A free recorded session demonstrating the BOLO 1099 process. 1099 season comes around only once a year. This session is designed to refresh the memories of clients who have processed 1099’s in the past on the process. From preparation to creating the upload file the refresher course brings you through the steps required to complete the 1099 process.

Import Process - This 30 minute free tutorial demonstrates to clients how the BOLO import process can save time in uploading records. The tutorial includes a listing of all of the import applications and a demonstration of the AP4301- Accounts Payable Import template.

BOLO UI - An interactive self study tutorial that allows clients to get hands on experience with our new BOLO User Interface (UI) that will be released with your annual upgrade. This is a great way for you to preview for free the User Interface new functionality.
