As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Bird is responsible for the Company's global marketing strategy and expanding WellPoint's upstream and midstream solutions and its Asset Maintenance applications presence across the world. He has 25 years of experience and a track record of success in establishing market leadership and increasing market share for both start-up companies and well-established businesses. Prior to joining WellPoint, Mr. Bird served as vice president of marketing for Configuresoft, executive vice president of marketing at Precise, and held international executive management roles at BMC Software and BGS Systems.
